We build

Software that ships. And keeps working after launch.

Most app projects die between the idea and the store listing. We build the whole path: the product, the plumbing underneath it, and the launch.

How it works

What custom apps & saas looks like with us

We start by cutting the scope

McKinsey's research with Oxford put the average IT project 45% over budget. Scope is where that happens. The first version of anything should be small enough to finish and useful enough to matter, so before writing code we work out the shortest route to something real people can hold, and tell you plainly which ideas belong in version two.

The unglamorous parts are the product

Accounts, payments, subscriptions, receipts, admin screens, error states. These are what separate a business from a prototype, and they are where most builds run out of budget. We plan for them from the start rather than discovering them in month three.

You own what we build

Clean code in your repository, on mainstream tooling other developers know, documented well enough to hand over. We would rather you could leave than have you locked in.

Client case

Innovatr · Social Sweep

The clearest version of this service. A client was about to rent a capability on an annual enterprise licence, so we built it instead, and it became something they could sell.

Innovatr · Social Sweep

2026 · about two months

Built the social-listening capability in-house instead of licensing it: plain-language question in, a cited report out

capability built instead of licensed
In-housecapability built instead of licensed · the alternative was an annual enterprise licence
platforms reachable through one API
49platforms reachable through one API · 395 endpoints; it picks the subset each question needs
a line of spend became something sellable
Cost → producta line of spend became something sellable · the capability now earns rather than bills

The category is real. A comparable tool was acquired by a market research group a few months later, after four years and outside investment. Social Sweep took about two months and two subscriptions. That is not a claim of parity: theirs has a roadmap, a support desk and customers who are not us.
